Personality: Childish
Appearance: The arrancar girl has crazy eyes, but that might have something to do with the fact that she's crazy. Standing at pretty average height and build, her feminine form was covered with her white coat, that is to her waist at least, where it had been cut so strips of cloth would hang down in the front and back, a pair of thigh-high white leather boots worn to cover her legs. In her hand was an odd umbrella, full of holes and no doubt completely useless for it's original purpose. White hair had been put in ponytails, except her bangs which hung down to her waist on one-side, along her oddly long tongue.

Abilities: Windowlicker's abilities rely mostly on her ability to get into peoples' heads, in essence making her main ability her disgustingly psychotic personality and behavior. Although her ability to manipulate illusions does tend to make that a little easier. Oh and of course she gets the standard skill set of the Arrancar, things like Sonido.

Appearance: An umbrella with a rapier concealed within the handle. The umbrella has holes in it, but most of them save for the largest one are unimportant, the large one has been known to speak, and no, not only to Windowlicker.

Resurrección

Yay! It's play time, Locura!

Appearance: It's appearance does not change much from it's sealed appearance, the only difference is the large hole becomes, very obviously, a mouth, teeth tongue and all.
Abilities:

-El ejército de Temor (Army of Fear): Assuming that Locura can zero in on the exact target's brainwaves, he can pick through their subconcious and find their greatest fears. Locura than manifests that fear in the form of an illusion. If Locura zeroes in on the wrong brainwaves, the illusion will still be effective, just not nearly as much. (The damage of this attack is actually done by Windowlicker).

-Llore sus pérdidas (Mourn your losses): This ability also relies on Locura's ability to accurately pick the correct brainwaves out if in a group. Locura searches for the opponents dearest love ones in their memory that have been lost, he then warps Windowlicker's appearance to look and sound exactly like that person. This attack is especially effective if the loved one was recently lost. Granted the person Windowlicker becomes doesn't have to actually be dead, just so long as the opponent doesn't know they are still alive and well.

-Escondite (Hide and Seek): Windowlicker's favorite game, and she's very good at it! Windowlicker welcomes her opponent into her mind, a turbulent and chaotic place, for a dangerous game of hide and seek. Theoretically this attack could be branched out to invade other peoples' conciousness however this usage has never been attempted and Windowlicker generally avoids even trying it for fear of what other peoples' heads may contain.

-Robale, Robale (Red Rover, Red Rover): Another fun game to play! This one is more effective in groups, though it generally only works on those significantly weaker than herself (Low-ranked shinigami beware!). Using this technique, Locura targets the brainwaves of the weakest opponent in the group (or the only opponent if there's one, but that depends on how strong they are), and manipulates them, making them a mindless zombie. Plus, wouldn't it be creepy to hear, "Red Rover, Red Rover, send -blank- right over", then be attacked one of your partners?
